1. Introduction — Welcome to Cedar & Vine. By accessing our website or booking a table, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations & cancellations — For parties larger than 6, a 48h cancellation policy applies. Late cancellation or no‑show may incur a fee of 20€ per person.

3. Dietary & allergens — We handle allergens seriously, but our kitchen uses dairy, gluten, nuts. Please advise us in advance.

4. Intellectual property — All photos, texts and the name “Cedar & Vine” are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability — We are not liable for allergic reactions, lost belongings, or force majeure (storms, road conditions).

6. Governing law — These terms are governed by Montenegrin law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Basic Court in Kotor.
